Terms and Conditions!
Tridiant Games is represented as "we", "us", "our", "their".

By logging into, registering, or visiting Tridiant Games you must abide by the terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, please email us at: legal@tridiantgames.com!


1. Tridiant Games content and graphics.
As a visitor, you are not subject to owning any artwork or content on this site. All images submitted in contests or other activities, automatically become content on Tridiant Games. You are not permitted to use our content/graphics unless you have displayed on every page 'Images/Content Copyrighted Tridiant Games - All Rights Reserved. Used with Permission.' If a site is not under this condition, it may be subject to a legal lawsuit and should be reported to us at legal@tridiantgames.com. You do not have ownership to sell or distribute any images or content from Tridiant Games.

2. Be Safe.
Any information being asked by another user or staff that is not implemented should not be replied to. Do not share information that will allow someone to see where you live. This includes:
  • Sharing your City or ZIP Code.
  • Giving any information about streets/street addresses.
  • Posting images that will give away details to determine where you live.
  • Sharing information such as Schools, Local businesses or any other information to determine your location.
If anyone asks you for any of your personal information, including staff, please report it to Support@TridiantGames.com. Sharing information may result in a termination of your account, or banishment of your IP Address without acknowledgement of the user.

3. Internal damage/illegal hacks.
Use of any illegal hacks or any damage done to internal servers will cause your account to be banned permanently and possibly terminated. If damage done is beyond our control, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Illegal hacks will be reported to internet security immediately.

4. The community and respect.
Users, including you, should feel welcomed. All transmitted messages from user to user are filtered and monitored most of the time. There is no guarantee our filters are 100% safe nor a moderator will catch a problem. As agreeing to these terms, you agree you will not post:
  • Anything to disrupt our filters.
  • Profanity, sexual content, obscenities (Bad Words), including harassment.
  • Romance; This site is not a place to meet your future spouse or loved one.
  • Offsite links; Any links to offsite will result in an immediate termination of the account.
  • Requesting users passwords or personal information; This is an automatic banishment of your IP Address.
  • Any information Tridiant Games believes, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate for the site.
If you know someone, or feel yourself has seen any of these, report it immediately and the situation will be handled as needed.

5. One account per user!
You only need one account to discuss things. If you have forgotten your password, please request it several times. If it has proven failed, feel free to create a new account.

6. Tridiant Games and contacting you.
As agreeing to the terms, you understand that Tridiant Games e-mails their users updates being done, for example: New Site Items; You understand you can be taken off of this mailing list at anytime from your "My Account" section. Simply uncheck the "Receive Updates" checkbox and save your changes.

7. In-activity.
If your account has been in-active, or unused, within a certain period of time, your account is subject to be terminated. Including accounts which have purchased paid subscriptions or has been listed as a user who has given us funding.

9. Real Money.
As a user, you should not feel obligated at any time to donate money. Tridiant Games does accept donations to help fund our servers and our essentials needed to build your dream games.

10. You're a guest.
You are a guest, don't abuse the free website system for your own benefits and we reserve the right to restrict any users access to any part of the site at any time.
